The use of this website and the loan services offered by Oval Enterprise ("We", "The Company") are subject to the Terms and Conditions stated below. By browsing this website or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Application Eligibility

To apply for a loan facility, applicants must be at least 18 years old, a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, and have a valid source of income. Approval is subject to credit assessment and the absolute discretion of the Company.

2. Interest Rates & Financial Disclosure

  • The maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is limited to 18% per annum for unsecured loans, in accordance with the Moneylenders Act 1951.
  • The minimum loan repayment period is 6 months and the maximum is 36 months.
  • We practice absolute transparency; no processing fees, activation charges, or upfront fees will be charged before the loan is disbursed.

3. Repayment Responsibility

Borrowers agree to make monthly installment payments on or before the due date as stipulated in the official Loan Agreement. Any delay in payment may result in the imposition of late payment penalty charges at a rate of 8% per annum (calculated daily on the outstanding amount) as determined by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT).

4. Default & Legal Action

Failure to comply with the repayment schedule continuously will be considered a default. The Company reserves the right to take appropriate legal action, and all legal costs or debt recovery costs involved will be borne entirely by the borrower.

5. Data Protection (PDPA)

The collection and processing of your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (PDPA). Please refer to the Privacy Policy page for further information.

6. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. However, any changes to the interest rate structure will not affect existing Loan Agreements already signed and sealed.
